ÔDELICE Sha Tin — Restaurant in Sha Tin District

After years of bookmarking this place, I finally made it to Odelice, attracted by their brunch deal: just $95 for a starter, main, and drink! 😲

First up was the steak tartare croissant. This special starter was unlike anything I’ve encountered before. The buttery, flaky croissant cradled a perfectly seasoned steak tartare, balanced with hints of capers and a touch of Dijon mustard. Definitely left me craving more. 😍 The burrata served with plums was also creamy and rich, a perfect complement to the fresh ingredients.

Next, we dove into the foie gras cocotte, which was nothing short of heavenly. The highlight of this dish was undoubtedly the roasted potatoes, which were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. When dipped in the rich black truffle foie gras sauce, each bite was a luxurious experience that I can’t recommend enough. 🤭

Our other main course was the lobster risotto. The rice soaked up all the lobster juices 😍 though I wish there could be a full lobster served so I can indulge in even more lobster meat!!

To finish off our meal, we had their walnut brownie, a decadent treat that was rich and fudgy. Each bite was filled with chunks of walnuts, adding a delightful crunch to the otherwise soft texture. Paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it was the perfect sweet ending to our brunch.

🔥 Seared Scallops 🔥 This is definitely the right choice for appetisers! 🤤 The scalloped are seared perfectly and goes very well with the cauliflower purée! 😋

🦆 Seared Foie Gras & Confit Duck Leg Spaghetti 🍝 I love how oily and juicy the foie gras is ❤️ and when the spaghetti is soaked with the juice, 😩 they smell and taste even better!

🇦🇷 Argentinian Angus Ribeye 🥩 They put a lot of spice on top of the steak and it is cooked to medium rare, 😜 which is not chewy at all. I also love the truffle red wine 🍷 sauce that goes with it! 😊

🧀 Speculoos Basque Cheesecake 🍰 This Basque cheesecake is one of the best I have ever tried! 😍 It is so heavy in taste and I love every bites of it! 😚 It’s freshly made from the kitchen, so there’s lava in it 😍

今日同朋友去咗沙田新城市廣場嘅ÖDELICE食嘢，真係好好食啊，一定要同大家分享下！🤤

首先講飲品啦，我哋叫咗Fresh Orange Juice 同Fresh Apple Juice ，果汁好fresh，橙汁酸甜適中，蘋果汁好香甜，兩杯都好好飲，飲完成個人都精神曬。仲有杯Matcha Apple Zest，抹茶味同蘋果味好夾，帶少少清新嘅感覺，好特別啊。仲有杯Iced，夠晒冰凍，好解渴。🧃

小食方面，Croquettes 2 pcs好好食，外層好酥脆，入面軟綿綿，仲有啲肉汁，食落去好滿足。Soup SET個湯都唔錯，好濃郁，飲完暖笠笠。🍲

主菜Carbonara好正，意粉煮得啱啱好，creamy嘅醬汁包裹住每條意粉，仲有好多煙肉，鹹香鹹香咁，食完仲想食。Galette / Breakfast都好好味，個餅皮好有嚼勁，加埋裏面嘅料，口感豐富到啊。🥞

甜品Desserts Set入面嘅Le Fraisier超級正，士多啤梨好新鮮，cream好滑，蛋糕鬆軟，食落去甜而不膩，正到痹。Extra Bites Set都好出色，每樣小食都好好味，好適合同朋友一齊share。🍰

Clams Cocotte都唔錯，蜆好新鮮，無沙，個醬汁好惹味，食完仲想舔殼添。🐚

成餐飯食完，兩個人埋單$425，人均$212.5，我覺得好抵啊，無論係食物質素定係服務態度都好好，環境又舒服，好適合同朋友或者屋企人一齊嚟食飯。下次一定會再嚟試其他菜式，推介俾大家啊！

Today, I went to ÖDELICE at New Town Plaza in Sha Tin with my friends, and the food was absolutely delicious! I must share this experience with everyone. 😋

First, let's talk about the drinks. We ordered Fresh Orange Juice KIDS and Fresh Apple Juice KIDS. The juices were very fresh. The orange juice was sweet and sour, and the apple juice was fragrant and sweet. Both were very refreshing. There was also a Matcha Apple Zest, which had a perfect combination of matcha and apple flavors, giving a slightly fresh taste. It was very special. And there was an Iced drink, which was icy cold and very thirst-quenching. 🧃

For the snacks, the Croquettes 2 pcs were really good. The outer layer was crispy, and the inside was soft with some meat juice. It was very satisfying to eat. The Soup SET was also not bad. It was rich and warm, which was very comforting. 🍲

The main course Carbonara was excellent. The pasta was cooked just right, and the creamy sauce coated each strand of pasta. There was also a lot of bacon, which was savory. I wanted to eat more after finishing. The Galette / Breakfast was also delicious. The crust was chewy, and with the fillings inside, the texture was very rich. 🥞
