Throwback to my time in China—finding authentic Arab food was quite a challenge. So, when I finally discovered this restaurant, we were beyond excited! As an Arab, I can confirm that this place serves truly authentic Arabic cuisine. I highly recommend it to anyone in Shanghai looking for a taste of Arab food.

The closing time shown on google maps is 10.30 PM. We reached by 9.50 but at first they were not ready to take the order saying their kitchen will close by 10. Located at a prime area near the bund. We ordered plate shawarma , Hummus and Salad which were too good considering the less options for halal restaurants but was very expensive.

I ordered a beef shawarma from Eli Falafel in Shanghai, and it was a terrible experience. The sauce was overdosed, making it impossible to enjoy the meal. The beef was not tasty and extremely tough to eat. After consuming it, I felt unwell. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone

Delicious Lebanese food right in downtown Shanghai. The service was great, the food was carefully prepared, and the decor is beautiful. Would highly recommend giving their Pistachio or Chocolate icecream a try too!

This restaurant deserves a Michelin Star! Everything from service, food to dessert was superb. I would recommend trying the home made icecream it was one of my favorites.
