旅籠炉端燒居酒屋 — Restaurant in Taipa

I am so angry about their service. That day i was going to eat their lunch set and i arrived there around 1130. We were already ordered after i asked for the lunch set menu. After that we kept waiting for around 30 minutes. As i was in hurry for work so i asked how was progress for my food and they said you need to wait as we started at 12. I said why you don't tell me when i came in ? The chef there immediately they will make now and we were already so angry and prepare to leave. The waitress doesn’t even apologise for it. And after 5 minutes the food was served but i already cannot enjoy slowly...

Had the lunch set. Good food. Everything tasted fresh. Specially liked the small dessert. Served hot tea which sadly a lot of Japanese restaurants don't. Wonderful...

第三次喺旅籠食晚飯，畀過機會，但不論係食物質素同服務態度都非常差，價錢亦相對較貴，無下次。

首先講講服務質素，有一半都係外勞，且無禮貌，連咩叫雞髀都唔識聽，反而要糾正我同佢講書面語；永遠都要自己開口叫先會同你添茶；有次叫壽喜燒，侍應竟然可以成份食材跌曬落地，後來仲要未食完就收走個煲，非常之差，向櫃檯職員反映過意見，毫無改進。

食物方面，今晚落咗夜晚限定嘅平價壽司，一份一件，但飯量同肉量比例非常之唔平衡，啲壽司捏到成個波咁，舊魚非常之薄，飯佔八成或以上，就算係最basic嘅三文魚腩壽司我都無辦法食到個腩嗰部分。

環境方面，畢竟係旅客區，食客坐喺隔離外放抖音冇人理，環境嘈雜，越夜越嘈。
