Xiao Sheng Xuan Japanese Ramen — Restaurant in Taipa

I've walked past this place so many times saying to my friends "It looks good, smells amazing, and it's always busy!" Today I finally went in when with a friend of mine, not realizing the adventure we were about to take. This place is so good!! The restaurant is cozy and clean. Service is very efficient and fast. The Ramen is some of the best I've ever had. I went with the regular spice broth, normal noodle texture and the pork shoulder, complemented nicely with a Orion Beer. The price is just right, you will not be disappointed with a visit to this restaurant. I will be visiting...

Decent ramen joint, just down the alley across from Blissful Carrot. Flavorful and spicy. Maybe a bit overpriced, but eh, it's Macau. I liked that you can specify how firm the noodles should be cooked. I pointed at a picture on the menu and the waitress filled out my paper for me. What I got didn't match the picture, but it was good anyway. I don't blame them for my lack of Chinese...

The whole shop's pretty nice, but as someone who loved ramen this much I would say they shouldn't say they're Japanese ramen, coz come on, you're selling fusion ramen here, why call yourself Japanese ramen if you're doing a good job with the taste? One thing I don't like is the hygiene, I can see cleaning tools scatter all around and not organized, but maybe it's just me...
