There are a number of issues with this resturant that the management team need to address. Service is very slow and understaffed for busy periods. Staff don't have any sense of urgency with ticket times and don't seem to think there is a problem to keep you stood up for 10 or 15 minutes. There is no warming plate for the food collection after it has been prepared. Food isn't prepared together and it's left to go cold as there is no where to hold the food. The management must focus on training the team and making sure the food is served hot. Jollibee is one of the happiest place to be, most specially when the team members where so helpful and smiling just like Lisa who made our visit this time memorable. That time it was nearly closing, only me and my wife were in the store, she was at the counter who take our orders and after a while she was doing some chores, wiping table and chairs & mopping the floors, but still managed to initiate a conversation with us. She really entertained us while eating our favorite food (spicy chicken). We did shared some informations that really keeps the mood so friendly. It was one of the best date with my wife ever....
