We ordered a fish set and two hotpot ingredients 🍲 The store is always full with customers so we know it’s good 😋 The fish was served cooked, so you don’t have to worry about eating raw and uncooked fish 🐟 I think they pan fried it before they served it, so the skin was crispy !! Also, they are famous for serving fresh fish ( definitely not the frozen ones 😩). We can confirm this because the fish was soo tender and the taste was awesome !! 💓💓 Honestly you can’t really eat this quality of fish anywhere else with this price (around $300 ish per fish, depending on the size ⭕️)
The pot comes with other ingredients too !! However, we still crave some more food after finishing the fish so we decided to order beef slices ($78) and glass noodles ($20). The leftover soup from the fish serves as a great hotpot soup base, so really, anything that we boiled with it tasted great 🥳🥰 We really like how the soup wasn’t too salty, are we were not too thirsty after the meal.

Read more難得有一天假期,今日相約朋友去咗荃灣廣場睇戲,晚上朋友話想食烤魚,於是帶咗佢去呢間成日都幫襯嘅八一蕃巴蜀烤魚店(鱟地坊)食烤魚,餐廳位於荃灣鱟地坊58號的祐建樓地舖,隔離的雞煲其實也是同一老闆經營的,所以食客在店內既可食烤魚、又可選食鮑魚雞煲。
店內冷氣非常充足,坐位亦寬敞,環境也很舒適,值得一提嘅係每枱均備有一個鐘仔,如果要侍應落單或者幫忙,食客只需㩒一下鐘仔,便即刻有人來招呼你,非常方便親民!
餐廳提供的正宗巴蜀烤魚全部均是新鮮魚現烤,共有四款海魚選擇,包括:草鯇魚、海鱸魚、魽魚和多寶魚,而烤魚的調味道則共八款口味選擇,包括:香辣味、麻辣味、剁椒味、泡椒味、豆豉味、青椒味,每種口味都有其獨特的特色。而今次我哋選擇咗鮮青椒味烤原條草鯇魚!
草鯇魚非常新鮮,魚肉鮮嫩多汁,烤得剛好,配上青椒、蔥、芫荽、大蒜等配菜,味道既不會太辣也不會太重,非常適合想要品嚐辣味卻又不想傷胃的我,微辣中帶點清香,十分醒胃。
火鍋配料方面,我們三個人點咗皇帝菜、萵筍片、花甲、鴨血和薯粉。皇帝菜十分新鮮、口感脆嫩,非常開胃。萵筍片也十分美味,口感清爽,加上一點點鹽和胡椒粉,味道更佳。花甲非常新鮮,厚肉肥美。鴨血口感軟糯,帶有一點點鐵味,吸收了烤魚的湯汁後,味道更豐富。薯粉也是特別適合搭配烤魚的湯汁來吃,口感綿密,浸於烤魚湯汁索味後,薯粉味道更惹味!
