I can only give my opinion based on coffee, no meals where order. A simple macchiato order gone wrong is what happened here. Bartender (I know they are called different but can not remember) ended serving a Pettit cafe latte. This guy did not know what a Macchiato was and instead of serving espresso + foam, I was servers a caffe latte. This is insane on a respected place so I know that this was not employee’s fault but instead it was from the employer’s poor or low level teaching education. This opinion is also based on the very high price they charge so you expect perfection or a higher level in their servings. Otherwise I would have not bothered with this post. I love this coffee shop, and visit it every year we come to Bogota from NY. We went to it last year and loved the coffee tasting experience. We learned about different ways to prepare coffee and the guy was very nice and informative and explain everything perfectly. The place is beautiful inside and the prices are very affordable especially for such an experience. We came back this year again with more family members and did the coffee tasting again. We enjoyed it but the girl that did it wasn't so enthusiastic about it and did not explain half the information the guy did last year and she was rushing it.
