I stopped by Colo recently and wow—it’s honestly one of the best coffee experiences I’ve ever had. The coffee itself is incredible. You can really taste the quality, and what I loved most is that the waiters actually take the time to guide you through the different varieties. They know their stuff and make great recommendations based on what you like—whether you’re into something strong and bold or more smooth and fruity.

The pastries are also amazing. Everything looked fresh and homemade, and the one I tried (a croissant with a twist) was buttery, flaky, and just the right amount of sweet. It paired perfectly with my coffee.

The place itself is beautiful—tons of natural light, clean lines, and really thoughtful architecture. It has a modern yet warm vibe that makes you want to sit and stay for a while, whether you’re catching up with a friend or just enjoying some quiet time.

Colo has that perfect mix of quality, atmosphere, and service. If you love good coffee and appreciate a cozy, well-designed space, definitely...

Many reasons to give it a 5 star rating. Probably one of the best places for Coffee! Let's start with the place itself. The whole space is well designed with a lot of tables and even plug points for digital nomads. There is a bit of greenery and a bit of cool murals all in all sets a great vibe! The food - We went in for brunch and we had a wide range of options to choose from. We choose Tamales and Empanadas, both were just soo good! The best part - Coffee! The coffee was just awesome. I will never find enough words to describe the coffee experience. You hear a lot about Colombian coffee, but very few places where you can experience it right. Colo is probably one of those few places that takes their coffee seriously! We tried a V60 and a double espresso, both of them perfect to the T. The have their own roaster so you can buy good quality coffee to take home. All in all I'm just trying to find an excuse to go back there.

Pro Tip - Take your time, talk with the staff and find out what...

This place is quickly becoming one of our favorite coffee places in the city.

Usaquén is a beautiful place and the location is open, with lots of fresh air, a nice breeze going in and you can choose to sit inside or in the terrace to get sunlight. There's lot of room to keep social-distancing.

The egg sandwich is very tasty and it's large enough to share between a couple. It reminds me of an old French recipe for egg sandwich my mother used to make.

So far, espresso shots have always been great here. You can tell they care about coffee and delivering a nice product. Even the waiters seem to be well-trained and informed. They are friendly and you can make small talk about coffee with them.

I would love if they would switch between different varieties/origins more often. That, in my opinion, is a great way to always keep coffee lovers wanting to return to get a unique and...

The Colo cafe in Usaquen is probably one of the nicest of the Colo cafes in Bogota. The entire space is very open and nicely arranged. There are always lots of people there for coffee, food or working on their laptops. They even have some desks in the upper floor. Regarding breakfast, they have a great selection of foods. I really liked the savory Yuca waffle with avocado and egg, as well as some of the other egg dishes they have. I was not a big fan of the açaí bowl - it was half frozen and just not that good. But they have plenty of great foods and drinks. And the atmosphere is great!
