If a friend hadn’t recommended this place, I probably would not have noticed it from the outside. Although it is located on a popular street in chapinero, inkkei is a small Asian restaurant that almost feels like an authentic, hidden spot. It is definetly not hidden though, with lots of people enjoying their rice bowls, ramen and sushi for lunch.
There are about 5-6 tables plus some bar seats, and an open kitchen, making it a very cozy spot that feels like it could be somewhere in Japan. Now, the food and flavors were so good! I had the vegetarian ramen with tofu and a ginger tea - both tasted amazing. I was surprised that they had vegetarian options, also including a yummy looking rice bowl with vegetables.
The only reason I would give it 4 stars is because it is a bit tight and dark, but for some that might be charming in its own way. Either way, I would defintely go back for their ramen and next time, maybe also try...

With great combination and fushion of Colombia also. They had a teriyaki sauce infused with panela (just WOW) that I was just in love with it.
