I'm writing this review as we sit and wait for our main dish after being here for over an hour.
2 bowls of soup took at least 20 minutes....for soup! We had to ask another server to take our order for our pasta dish and it's been another 20 minutes so far!
On the menu it says, 25 minutes for risotto. Perhaps that is their speedy dish. Good food but we had a terrible server totally out of her league. Everyone else had good service except us. Disappointing
Edit: The pasta that we waiting 25 minutes to get was NOT GOOD. White sauce was bland and tasted only of cream, the crab was fake, the lasagne was bland. I originally gave it a 3 and changed to a 1. The pizza looked good, i guess I misordered. Something that surprises me in Colombia is when you tell the restaurant that the dish was misrepresented on the menu and was very disappointing, they thank you for your feedback and still charge for the offending meal. I am very annoyed. Ordered pizza there because it said 25-40 minutes. After 20min it said order on the way, now it’s 1hour 10 minutes and still nothing arrived. I don’t think more than 50min delivery time is honest. They are lying to their customers apparently. If it really takes almost an hour to deliver the pizza (2km) the delivery man is walking and pizza will arrive cold. We will see. I am not ordering there ever again.
Update: pizza arrived and it was the wrong one. We are vegetarians and got salami pizza. And of course as expected just cold. Double...
Read moreRealizamos la reservación con tiempo, confirmando por correo y WhatsApp la hora de llegada, llegamos sobre las 7:10, esperando que alguien nos atendiera fuera del restaurante pasaron más de 10 minutos, cuando decidimos entrar la persona no sabía de la reservación, al buscar “encontró” la reserva pero se excusó diciendo que supuestamente la cancelaron por la hora. Una decepción este restaurante, que falta de respeto y seriedad. Dañaron una celebración especial. Edición: Agradezco que hayan respondido, pero me veo en la necesidad de aclarar que su versión no es cierta. La reserva fue confirmada por WhatsApp y correo para 8 personas, no 5. También se acordó que la hora de llegada sería 7:00 p. m., y no 6:00 p. m. como indican. Tengo los mensajes donde esto fue confirmado directamente con su equipo.
Lamentablemente, el problema fue una mala gestión interna de su parte, no una falta nuestra. No solo no cumplieron con la reserva, sino que además ahora dan información equivocada.
Reitero mi inconformidad y la decepción de que una celebración especial haya sido dañada por esta situación. Ojalá puedan mejorar sus procesos para no repetir esta clase de errores con...
