Had the Belusa. It was only okay. There was a sweet something and it really took away what I suspect would have been a delightful dish. Sadly because of the sweet, I would not recommend this dish. Had their frozen drink, was awesome. Their mimosa was tasty. That being said, I would come back and try other things, the place is small and that's good. Based on the feed back from the establishment, I will gladly change my review, I should have known the sweatness. The menu does state: BELUSA Crispy puff pastry base filled with chicken, spinach, basil, mushrooms, cheese and caramelized onions served with a green mix salad...$ 45.000 Next day update: so glad I came back. Breakfast was amazing. Get their bacon! I had to get

My favorite go to while in Medellin. Loved everything about this restaurant. The owners were engaging and Luis was kind enough to find me a seat on a very busy Mother's Day morning. Servers were most gracious and attentive. And the food was excellent! Always fresh. Great presentation. During my eight day stay in Medellin, I went to Cambria four times. Twice for breakfast and twice for a late night sweet tooth snack. I also recommended Cambria to a gentleman from Israel. He went two nights in a row. French toast is awesome. German chocolate cakes was to die for. Carrot cake was excellent. I can't say enough about Cambria.....my favorite restaurant during my visit to Medellin. Until we meet again. Hasta Luego!!

For a place like this, I definitely expected so much more. But let’s start with the good part. The coffee and the cake I tried was no doubt very delicious and I don’t mind paying what I paid for it. Sometimes I like treating myself to good food and a great ambience. It started out okay when I entered. The man who seemed to be the owner or at least the manager attended to me with respect. However, when the staff took over, there was a quick shift in the air. She had rudeness written all over her. I paid not much attention to it because it was “strike 1”. Strike 2 came when she talked to me rudely about wearing a mask. I understand that we have to but sometimes we forget to put it back on once we’ve already taken it off while seated. I made three steps just to ask what cake was there. She honestly could have asked nicely like anywhere else. Strike 3 was the worst of it all. When she served my cake, she barely stood next to my table and then practically threw my plate on the table. She slammed my plate of cake in front of me. Look at this picture. Beautiful cake but thrown at me. What the actual f***. She shouldn’t work in a place like this with that attitude. What, does she think she’s better than everyone? Psshh. What a shame as this place would have been a great escape to have coffee and cake alone or with friends. EDIT: I went back a second time and service was definitely better. Maybe my initial review helped bring light to this. I hope the quality of service continues! For now, I will upgrade my review from a 1 star to a 3 star ⭐️

Finally found our “stellar” five star cafe in Medellin. First and foremost, the carrot cake as well as the pecan/cherry tart were virtually as good as it gets and as good as, or significantly better than any desserts we’ve had anywhere in Latin America, other than some apple pie we remember from a visit to Buenos Aires many years ago and a couple of desserts at Cafe Zaguán in Cuenca, Ecuador. Additionally, the service (thank you, Karina) and the ambience—including the continuous excellent choice of French chansons were first class. A charming cafe to which we’re sure to return.

Cute café and coffee is good, however don’t recommend this place if you need to use the WiFi for work. When I got there I was very clear that I needed to use WiFi for work and asked the waitress if it would be ok, she said yes but of course I didn’t find out the WiFi didn’t work until I had already ordered. When I told the waitress, she said that they had been having issues with the internet lately. I ended up having to take my coffee to go and leave right away because the WiFi was way too slow, I couldn’t even load my email. This would have been good to know before I sat down.

One of my two favorite breakfast places so far in El Poblado. This restaurant is actually in Manila, a short walk. Pros: Everything about this place is great. The owner and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The food is very tasty and very nicely presented with a wide selection to chose from. The atmosphere is very cozy in the early mornings when I am there. Cons: May get a little cramp when the place is full. Tables are close. He needs a bigger place. Conclusion? One of my favorites. I would highly recommend you check this place out. It's in my top two.
