If I could rate this place a 0 I would. The pictures look amazing and the esthetics of the restaurant are pretty cute. The atmosphere or rather the culture of the staff is not attentive. Multiple times I had to disrupt the staff that were just chatting and hanging out with their laissez-faire Manger. They were just 5 feet from us and could not be bother to look over to assist us. As for the food, it looks better in pictures than in application. The food was bland and our waitess was so eager to get back to hangout session that she forgot to enter one of our entrees. When asked about it she rudely said we never order it. Message to the waitress: as your job you should always confirm the order of the guest instead of blaming them for your mistake. This restaurant is not worth the money or time. They wouldn't even sit us somewhere nice in the restaurant, quoting reservations.. we were there for an hour ..the place was empty.

They automatically add tip, be sure to tell them to remove it ... this culture is deceitful.

Update : The restaurant reply to my review was inappropriate. I actually live in Medellín and have had great service at lots of restaurant just not this one. The review that was before mine mentions the same sub par service and food. If as a business you are only interested in validating yourself then you'll lose out on the opportunity to improve base on customer feedback. You'll continue getting the same...

As a blogger and sommelier that comes to Medellin every year I was excited to try something new the reviews enticed me to try this restaurant. When I arrived the atmosphere was delightful and the service great but the food honestly not very gourmet or typical more like mediocre. I shared the Chicharrón starter and was expecting chicharrón with a little crunch and it was fatty soft and drenched in what seemed to be a sweet bar bq sauce not at all what I expected from reviews . The salmon was dry and not flavorful at all in the end what disappointed me the most was the wine pour it was barely the bottom of a glass of wine and when I questioned the pour I was told they pour 4 ounces period and was even told many complain , but there bartender has opted for this ,in the end it was barely four sips of wine … A bottle should serve 5 glasses of wine but with there pour they serve 6 . Very disappointed the service was very good and the atmosphere but sadly the food was not creative and up to par for the price .. In the end the manager offered me a coupon to go to another one of there restaurants and would offer us a starter … all that was needed was a decent glass of wine . Unfortunately Garbo should understand 2 more ounces of wine in a glass truly makes a difference and leads to more sales and happier...

Wanted to book the table, however it showed as booked out. Came in 10mins later expecting to wait in the queue however the place was empty. There were only two people having coffee. The waiter was moody. Once I chose what to eat he said that the dish will be too small. So I ordered a few. It results the dish I wanted would have been big enough. The waiter had to call the kitchen staff a few times across whole place as they were all chilling at the garden. They looked kinda pissed for having to go and work. The food was ok, nothing special. A bit overpriced in general. Looked for some authenticity of Gabriel Garcia Marquez but there were only few phrases on the wall and some books. When I asked for the bill a waitress asked if I want to add a tip. I said no because comparing to all the amazing places I ate during my week’s stay in el Poblado I liked this one least. The waitress showed her surprised and discontent when I said no. She went and told other waiters that I did not want to add tips( which by the way is voluntary as it says on their own menu). All in all- overpriced place with regular food and...
