Juan Valdez Cafe — Restaurant in Medellín

Horrible atttitude. No greetings or smiles from the staff. They regard themselves highly.

Poor service. Even when i was at the cash register and ready to place my order, all three staff continued to do their "work" and kept me waiting for 5-10 minutes. They saw me; but did nothing. Note that there was no other customer in the cafe at that time.

I absolutely loved their coffee. I was told this was their most commercial place, like "Colombia's Starbucks" and that was so not the case. A decent coffee company. This location where this is... Is great for a good meeting, socializing or just plain people watching. I do have a favorite coffee cafe I prefer here in parque lleras but i go there for taste and go here for convience.
