La House Provenza is an excellent place to have fun and dance! However there is one major issue that they do not inform you at the entrance when you purchase your cover. My girlfriend and I went here the evening of April 26, 2025. We paid 30,000 cop cover fee which is the equivalent of $7 USD. We were not informed that all the tables on all the floors of the club have requirements to use. You need to pay for a bottle or a bucket of 10 beers. We got removed twice from tables, and when we asked the employees they just said we didn’t meet the qualification to use the table. I understand that’s their policy, but why not inform you before you pay the cover fee, or at least put a reserved sign on all the tables so no one uses them. To be honest it didn’t even seem fair as we spend about 270 cop in the club between cocktails and waters. It just didn’t seem right people who purchased a bucket of 10 beers could come and essentially kick us out of our table! Very disappointed in this area. Nevertheless the DJ is great and ambiance is nice. You just need to go with the idea unless you are purchasing a bottle you will not have a table even if they are available they essentially will come and kick you out of the table once more...

Read moreMy experience at La House Medellin was less than ideal. The waiter who greeted us neglected to bring us a drink menu, leaving us waiting for about 15 minutes until we sought assistance from another staff member.
Hoping for a quick experience, we ordered two beers, but the wait turned into an excruciating 30 minutes waiting for the 2 beers. After flagging down the waitress again, she assured us she would bring the drinks but instead got sidetracked chatting with another staff member. Frustrated, we decided to leave, and only then did someone walked up to us to acknowledge the oversight, admitting she forgot to place our order despite us reminding her. This lapse occurred while other tables around us that arrived after us receiving their orders.
To remedy the situation, we went to Licoexpress Black Provenza afterward and were pleasantly surprised to receive our two beers in less than a minute, highlighting the stark difference in service between the two establishments.
