Review of Victoria Roof Garden

I recently celebrated my birthday dinner at Victoria Roof Garden, and while there were many highlights, my experience was unfortunately marred by poor service.

Starting with the positives, the atmosphere of Victoria Roof Garden is truly enchanting. The decor is striking, creating a vibrant and inviting space that perfectly sets the mood for a celebration. The entertainment was also fantastic, enhancing the overall experience and keeping the energy high throughout the evening. The different clubs on each floor offer a unique vibe, making it a great place to party and socialize.

However, the service left much to be desired. After being seated, it took nearly an hour for us to receive water, and even longer for a waiter to take our orders. I found myself getting up multiple times to find a waiter, which was frustrating and detracted from the celebratory mood. It felt like I had to beg for basic service, which is not what you want during a special occasion.

In summary, while I would definitely return to Victoria Roof Garden for a night out and to enjoy the entertainment, I cannot recommend it for dining based on my experience. If they can improve their service, this place could be perfect for both dining...

Nice place but plants obscure the view - hoping for a better view of the city. Very good beef carpaccio RUINED by and enormous amount of mayonnaise poured over the beef. You could barely see the meat. Chicken tenders very good, but they had very few drink choices. Out of almost all vodkas - no Absolut, told us they had only enough Grey Goose for one drink each then we’d have to switch to all they had left, Kettle One, and only enough for one drink. Wow. We had water, ate, and left. Probably never return thanks to lack of vodka, obscured views, and...

Came for cocktails. Great place if you want a dramatic drink presentation, not so great if you want to actually drink it.

Lujurio - the best of the 3, but cloyingly sweet

Trinadad Luna - overpowering alcohol and overload of bitters, reminiscent of cough medicine.

Nube N - cool presentation with the cloud, but literally a chunk of sugar in the middle of the drink that melts into a puddle of syrup.

This place left a bad taste in my mouth...literally. Come for the vibes and do yourself a favor and...
