Very poor customer service. Ordered food to go five hours in advance (was having a dinner party but two guests were gluten-free so the order was for specifically for them) to be picked up later. Paid for the order but several hours later I needed to change the order as my friends who the food was ordered for got in a car accident and could not attend the dinner. I explained to the restaurant the unusual circumstances and that I just wanted to change the items ordered to something I could eat the next day, but even though the food was not made yet, the restaurant staff were completely inflexible and uncooperative flatly saying "No!" I requested to speak to management several times but I was told they were not available. No-one wanted to help me at all. When I later came to pick up the food, I was made to wait an additional 30 minutes even though it was ordered 5 hours in advance. No apology was offered. Furthermore, food was not good! I ended up giving most of it away to homeless people on the street. Don't be fooled by the trendy atmosphere - the service and food...

Visited on a Sunday night for dinner around 9pm. Very busy. Staff was friendly but struggling hard to keep up with service - drinks took forever and we kept asking for a small dish that they couldn't come up with all night. This place is loud, but if you're eating in this area than you probably know to expect that.

Food was underwhelming overall.

Ceviche de chicharrón - the arepas in this dish are great, though the chicharron/bacon was overcooked.

Ceviche de pescado - ceviche was not bad, good portions as well

Bowl La Guardia - we ordered this to have something reasonably healthy. Salmon was nothing special - that is, it was overcooked as is often the case.

Great restaurant. One of the best meals we had during our stay in Medellin.

The crafted cocktails were all delicious and came with a cute fortune-cookie style note.

Our group ordered Honolulu cocktails and ¡Orale! mocktail (this was sooooo good).

For apps we ordered the Chicharron (the one with corn). It was such a good balance of crispy and tender. One of the best I've ever had.

For dinner we had: Solomito en crema de Champiñones which was flavorful. Entrañita cremosa - the steak was tender and cooked well. The Poblana burger was the most unique burger I've ever eaten made with guava BBQ sauce, bacon and fried plantain slices (IN the burger!) - it was divine!

Overall portions were perfect. Great service - the power went out for a bit but it didn't impact how quickly our food was prepared. Would...
