McDonald's — Restaurant in Medellín

I moved here from Arizona 2yrs ago. This McDonalds is in the “Scottsdale” part of Medellin & is a nice place but the service has been terrible every time I’ve come here. I ordered a sausage McMuffin w/ egg & part of the muffin was missing. I ordered 2 coffee’s & asked for sugar & was told they didn’t have any but only had Splenda (my mind was blown to be told that a McDonalds was OUT of sugar) then the mgr told her there was and then she brought us the sugar. They NEVER bring you napkins or condiments w/ your food withOUT having to ask for them. I’ve had to speak w/ the manager a few times but she blamed the poor service here on corporate. She also said she would talk to the employees. On my last visit, there were other extranjeros that ordered a Sausage McMuffin w/ egg but was brought without egg. A lot of Americans come here but the service here is extremely unacceptable and this is the closest location to Bello for breakfast. It was a battle asking for a refill of coffee. The cashier told me that only coffee was free but withOUT creamer. Corporate please step in. These employees need to be retrained...

I went to have lunch there today. After almost 3 months of having my lunch daily on there.... I asked kindly for more ketchup, but the managger called luisa denied my request. She preffered to sell me this ketchup. I only required 1 bag of ketchup. Instead of giving it to me, they charge me 2.000 cop for additional ketchup. (The option of aditional ketchup is not listed on the register its mean to be free with your order) I had paid for the aditional ketchup but is te last time i go to this precise mcdonalds. Also there is a lot of staff there but there is no customer service. All the staff was there just speaking between them while the customers...

Worst McDonald’s food I’ve ever had. Fries were awfully cold. Burger was 2 hours old, probably. Also cold. Awful awful awful. I wish I could refund this. Terrible experience.

Update: it was so bad that I ordered an Uber to go back to the restaurant and return my meal. I had to pay for my replacement, which I offered to anyway, but I would never, ever, trust delivery from this franchise ever again.

Don’t order delivery from here. They will give you the oldest fries and burger. AWFUL location. The franchisee should be disenfranchised for allowing this.
