Would not recommend coming here. The staff are extremely rude, from the lady at reception desk before you get in the elevator to host and wait staff. Not a single person was even slightly helpful. The first night we went there the lady at reception desk told us they were full for the night but when we checked online there were plenty reservations open. The second we went for a 7pm dinner. We got there and the lady asked us so many unnecessary questions before let us go in the elevator. Then we were told the kitchen closes at 7, despite the fact that they let us book a 7pm online reservation. Extremely weird that a restaurant would close their kitchen at 7pm. We got there at around 6:50pm. The waiter then came over and asked us “what’s the problem” in very aggressive manner when we expressed that they let us book for 7pm dinner. So unprofessional and the atmosphere is not even worth all the attitude they give you. We ended up just leaving because they were giving 1 min to order. We were nothing but nice to them during all interactions and totally understand the dynamic between tourists and local service staff, but their behavior was extremely unsettling. First and last. We had the worst experience ever while being on vacation in Colombia. We ordered 2 Cokes, $5usd each unbelievable 3 cocktails about $13usd each (Tiny), I requested my Food Well Done SINCE THE BEGINNING my Fam also the Food took approximately 45 mnts To arrive at the table, my Food was Not Cooked Properly I spoke to the Server CATALINA for the second time and i took them 35 more minutes to bring back my Entree which i told them to make it to go and that took 20 more minutes. I was Livid because i was hungry and My Fam was done with their Dinner. When the Bill came the Charged HALF A MILLION PESOS WHICH WERE TO SPENSIVE specially the service was HORRIBLE and she was supposed to asked me to be Added and she didn’t. $12usd Tip which was not deserved because she went 2 times to the table not even to apologize. Let me start by saying the staff were kind (albeit not attentive) and the space is very beautiful, however those are the only kind things I can say.

We asked for tap water, but were given two bottles of still water which were 25,000 COP each. The worst part was they were warm when given to us. We also couldn’t send it back because it was open.

We tried to order a Coke, only to be said they didn’t have any so we tried to order an espresso martini and a lychee martini. We were told neither were available so we went with other options. When they arrived, they tasted watered down and not good at all. My friend was plugging her nose trying to get it down. But the biggest joke is that 10 minutes later, we saw the table next to us get an espresso martini???

Mind you, we went at 6pm on a Wednesday and there were only two other tables seated so it’s not an issue of them being too busy to take care of us.
