On a sunny morning, I strolled in with two friends as I’d wanted some home comforts. I zeroed in on the smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel – a masterpiece of simplicity. The bagel itself was fresh, with just the right amount of resistance, like a friendly handshake from a doughy friend. And the cream cheese? Oh, it danced with the smoked salmon, creating a harmonious flavor symphony. I had a lovely lunch here. They serve really nice bagels with a nice cup of espresso as well. We had a bagel with chicken which was really tasty, but they also have a bunch of vegetarian options. The staf consisted of two dutch people and I happen to be dutch as well, so we had a nice conversation and they offered a great deal in help and tips for the city. They opened the place 5 days ago, but it seemed like they were there for ages with the nice quality they serve! I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting...
