Buffalo Grill Santa Marta — Restaurant in Santa Marta

Food wasn’t great, i got the traditional ribs and they were not good. My girlfriend got the Argentina chorizo and it came out black and overcooked. Brownie for dessert was a 6/10.

Service was good, air conditioned restaurant was nice. However for the price the food was not good at all. Could’ve had a better chorizo with the street food for a fraction of the price, this is what we both said we should’ve done after 👎🏻 won’t be going back

3 stars because I don’t wish to murder the place online. My experience was one star. Honestly, I have never been so disappointed. The worst steak I’ve ever had. Cooked by a complete amateur. The ribs were never in this world cooked for 8 hours. The sauce was just added to them later and not a part of any sort of marinade. Wine was pretty good although more expensive than the menu price. First restaurant we went to in Santa Marta. Chose this one based on the high rating and thankfully it did not disappoint.

We had deditos for appetizer, which we hadn't had before, but they were very tasty - especially with honey

For main course I had the smoked brisket, which had a nice seasoning rub, tasty glaze , and it was pull-apart tender. Maybe it could have been a bit more juicy, but all-in-all, nothing...
