Chili's Fresh Tex Grill & Bar — Restaurant in San Rafael

I don't know if they were havibg a really off day. But my burger was partialy burnt, their was a fishy taste in my beef burger , we had table side guacamole no measurements it was very salty my husband's salmon was salty . And the waitresses. Were very slow for a place that was not very buisy . I'm a retired professional chef from San Francisco .I know not to compare foods and I sm not .. I ate there about 3 years ago and it was delicious good service abd it was buisyer. My last meal was one of the worst I have had that I've paid for.I don't care for fast food like McDonald's but that day I probably not only got better service but better tadting food as well. Service was horrible. It took a while for someone to come and take our order. Then when finally served they took a very long time to bring a parmesan cheese I had ended up asking for 3 times to different servers because each one I asked for it ended up serving other tables and never brought it. And no one ever came to ask if we wanted refills so when we asked. They also took forever and had to ask other servers who took a while as well. No one ever came to check on us at all so we ended having to ask for the check. Regarding the food: the Guacamole appetizer...

The food is delicious, the guacamole there are no words to describe the delight, the experience is incredible, the waiters come to your table to ask if everything is ok. There are a few small problems such as the food is a little expensive the quality is beyond words and also is that it fills up a little fast and sometimes you have to wait in line (not every day). Some recommendations for people, arrive a little earlier as it fills up fast, and for the establishment try to make the place...
