National Plus — Hotel in City of Zagreb

We arrived after 21:00, the owner came directly when I called to help us out and she gave us the keys and every other helpful advice, like where to eat, etc. etc. The owner was very nice, helpful and kind! You don't find it that often! She wanted to help us out and was super friendly and nice!! The room was perfect! It was clean! The bed was very comfortable, it had a TV, a shower which was also very clean with shampoo and bathroom cleaning products like cotton etc., it also had slippers which where in a package, fresh, clean. The hotel is family and also pet friendly! That was a huge relief, because it was very hard to find a room which was comfortable and allowed to sleep with a pet inside. It had also an air conditioner, which was helpful because it was hot outside so the room was fresh and cool. It's not far from the highway, which is also very good when you are travelling and just need a sleep. In a distance 5 min away (walking) is a place for breakfast, coffee, a super market, restaurants, Mc Donald's...

I am very, very happy! Would definitely recommend it...

Newly-refurbished room. It's clean & quiet. Bed is comfortable. Strong wifi signal in room. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Good location in a quiet area, less than 10 mins walk from main bus station. A few supermarkets, bakeries, bars & cafes nearby, all within walking distance from hotel. Walkable to old town, around 30 mins. Or less than 15 mins car ride away. Self check-in is easy, just make sure to have phone connection to receive instructions.
