We have been for a month, eating in some great places in London, Paris, Belgrade, Sarajevo, Mostar, but tonight’s dinner was easily the best! Chef Vinko prepared just caught Adriatic tuna grilled along with (also) grilled zucchini and salad made of butter lettuce just picked out of the garden (in front of our very eyes)!!!! The desert was semi fredo with almonds, salted caramel syrup, strawberries… my vocabulary is very poor to describe this poetry in my mouth! The stuff is friendly, speak few languages, helpful, and readily available to answer all our questions. Our waiter was Vjeko, very knowledgeable and amazing young man. Read moreLocation of the restaurant is beautiful and cozy, but the service is insanely bad. We waited for our main course for more than 50 min, while the dishes were pretty easy to make. Another thing is that these prices aren’t equal to the taste of food and service. No one poured wine in the glasses, no one offered to bring bread and etc. Food was too salty and portions too small for the price. Also, what a great experience of going to their toilet ;) both doors were broken, so I couldn’t close any of them. As the bartender said, I had to be more strong to close the door))) When you visit the place with such prices, you obviously expect high service and pleasant surrounding, this is what you won’t get in this restaurant. Beer: only bottled Octopus salad : overpriced 90 kuna, I ate in restaurant 300 meters from this better with price 70 kuna. Octopus was hard, rubber Fish soup: without piece of fish, only 5 small shrimp, overpriced 40 Kuna, I ate better in near restaurant for 20 kuna griled pork: globaly not bad but with a lot of tendons first time form 200 visiting of resaurant in Croatia I had to pay for bread 20 Kuna
