Varadero — Restaurant in Općina Bol

Unfortunately home to some of the most rude staff I have ever met. I went to ask them if they knew any contacts in the marina after I dropped my phone, and they just laughed in my face extremely loudly when it was clear that I was in a panic. It was so embarrassing.

They lost a customer because I was going to stay there and get to contact someone because it's in an amazing location and looks incredible, but the brazen nasty behaviour of the staff was extremely off-putting.

There are countless amazing locations in Bol to eat and get drinks, many of which are actually nearby. I would strongly recommend visiting one of them instead as they have lovely and helpful staff.

I really don't like leaving negative reviews because I appreciate that my experience may just be a bad day, but this is the single worst experience I have ever had in any location in the world and I would not want anyone to experience...

Starting note is that neither me nor my Italian husband like ice-cream (not even in Italy). we go there only because of our 2 kids and rarely get ice-creams for ourselves. Having this is mind, we both agree that B058 serves absolutely the best ice-cream in the world. We stayed in Bol for 7 days and got ice-cream there every single evening. Their kiwi, peach, rum&figs and zuppa inglese is just exquisite. We never take a cone but I saw them serving in a black cone - don’t know what it is but looked very trendy. We always went to the shop next to Varadero (they have another location on the route to the beach) and the ladies were always super friendly and patient. I don't understand how this place could be so highly rated. We were there in September 2021 to give it a try as it is in the middle of Bol, hard to miss and it looks very nice, but unfortunately, that's all the good parts. The waiter was unbelievably rude, and we got two highly priced cocktails with almost no alcohol in them. We informed the waiter, and he just responded with a real bad attitude and insulted us for having no clue about cocktails.
