We have been there last week, and after a long time having dinner there, I can tell their service did not improve, but it worsened.

If your menu lists the items that the dish should include, that is the minimum to inform the guest if something is unavailable. When we asked the waiter to check with the kitchen, they just said 'Oh yes, we are having problem with the potatoes, if I want to wait more then I can get it'. Not to even mention that my family has already finished their starter and main dish when I just got my incomplete dish.. No apologies from supervisor or anything. This place was a nice surprise for us. We visited for the first time and we liked the food and the atmosphere very much. We wanted to try this so called „italian“ restaurant as I am an italian, but I got completely disappointed. I ordered the filet steak and it was honestly the worst filet steak which I have eaten in cyprus so far.
