Sera restaurant, has undeniably earned its place as my go-to dining destination, not just in Limassol but throughout Cyprus. I visited twice the restaurant and from the very moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was captivated by an extraordinary design.
Vassilis, our waiter, deserves special acclaim for his impeccable service. His detailed explanations, attentive demeanor, and evident expertise elevated our dining experience to new heights. Alin also contributed significantly to making our visit memorable.
Sera's menu transcends the ordinary Italian offerings, presenting a delightful culinary experience. The set menu was a journey of taste, with standouts including the exquisite Tuna Carpaccio, the succulent Sliced Prime Beef Fillet, and a Tiramisu that are my favourites. Each dish surpassed expectations.
The wine selection, particularly the La Pietra, exceeded expectations. Yvonne, the sommelier, demonstrated a remarkable ability to understand our preferences, expertly pairing wines that perfectly complemented our tastes. The revelation that Sera exclusively provides La Pietra added an extra layer of exclusivity to the experience.
Sera's ambiance is nothing short of perfect. The ambient lighting, combined with perfectly vibley music, creates a lively atmosphere that appeals to every generation seeking a fusion of exceptional food, premium drinks, and vibrant surroundings.
As a connoisseur of champagne and wine, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellence of Sera's cocktails. The one I tasted was nothing short of exceptional, showcasing the mixology expertise that defines Sera's commitment to delivering an all-encompassing dining experience.
Sera is a gastronomic gem that seamlessly blends outstanding service, a diverse and delightful menu, a superb wine selection, and an atmosphere that appeals to all senses. My dining experience at Sera was nothing short of exceptional, and I can’t wait for my next visit for the culinary...
Read moreNew Year's Eve in the new Italian Restaurant inside Hotel Four Seasons: It is December, 31st in 2023. We have made a booking for this special Event. The price for an 8 course menue was 160 €. So we have had high expectations on this special evening. No Dresscode was mentioned but we got dressed elegantly for this occasion. The entrance of the Ristorante was decorated with balloons, a plastic bottle of Spumante and some Christmas tree balls. Inside nothing at all has reminded me of New Year's Eve. At the end of the room I have seen some more balloons. No table cloth in this exclusive expensive Ristorante. The background music was playing Pop Music and Funk. Is that what you expect to hear in an Italian Restaurant? Soon we got asked for drinks and after it was served the menu has started. The majority of the guests were dressed casually. Families with Babies and little Children appeared. At once a little girl fell asleep while lying on the sofa. After (!) finishing the first course bread was served. Plenty of staff was available. One of it was standing behind the poor looking Bar and did not know what to do. All of the presented meals were of excellent quality and presentation! What a pity that my empty plate was only removed after asking for it. At the next table all 4 guests have finished their meals and were sitting in front of the empty plates while a female young Server was standing behind them and not removing them from the table. With other words: Some of the staff were not well trained. No Supervisor has coordinated and controlled their work. My subjective individual impression was that the presented meals were of high class. The rest should...
Read moreWe had a delightful fine dining experience at Sera. Located in the luxury four Seasons hotel at Limassol, Sera offers some of the best Italian dishes (with a twist) I have ever tasted. The ingredients are top quality and every dish was so flavorful. I am a pasta and risotto rover and everything I tasted was unique and divine. The dishes that left me speechless were:
I can’t talk enough about the service, friendliness and professionalism of the staff. It could have not been better!
On the negative side, the prices were too much in my opinion but all the fine dining restaurants at luxury hotels in Limassol have similar prices. If you can afford it and you enjoy high quality food, you should...
