The restaurant offers a delightful blend of Peruvian cuisine that has quickly become one of my favorites in Limassol.

The evening began with some very nice cocktails that set the perfect tone for the meal. The cocktail menu was creative and refreshing, with options to suit every palate. Additionally, the wine list is amazing, offering a wide selection of exceptional wines.

I opted for a bottle recommended by the sommelier, and it was absolutely perfect. The sommelier's expertise shone through in the recommendation, enhancing our dining experience significantly.

We selected a variety of dishes from the menu, and each one was absolutely delicious. The flavors were vibrant and authentic, showcasing the best of Peruvian cuisine. Every dish was a masterpiece, from the starters to the main courses.

The atmosphere at M Fusion is elegant and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a special night out. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, ensuring that we had a memorable dining experience.

Fantastic restaurant nestled in The Four Seasons Cyprus hotel in Limassol. The service is very attentive and friendly (say hello to the lovely Maria overseeing your stay), the location gives you a great view on the sea. What to say about the food? The Chef is beyond inspired. Just marvelous, a festival of colors and flavors awaits your pallet, across a variety of seafood registers. While they serve sushi and sashimi (and excellent rolls), it is the fusion dishes which can be shared from raw to cooked that you have to go after. From the Octopus to the hamachi, the Chilean sea bass to the salmon teriyaki and the lobster tail and raviolis (the last two are a must), it is a flavor adventure from start to finish. Dining at M Fusion was an unforgettable experience. The ambience was elegant and calming, perfectly complemented by the tasteful music that set the mood just right. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
