That’s one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to; not just in Limassol, but anywhere. The food is exceptional; beautifully presented, full of deep, balanced flavors, and clearly made with passion and precision. Every dish felt like a small journey, combining creativity with respect for quality ingredients. The service was equally impressive; warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You really feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. But what made this experience truly special was the chef himself. Youssef came to our table after the meal and spoke with us as if we’d known each other for years, humble, passionate, and clearly in love with his craft. It’s rare to see that level of heart and dedication shine through in both the food and the personal connection. This place deserves much more than just a recommendation. It deserves to be celebrated. Flat , tasteless Lasagna — Never again Inconsistency seems to be the main trait of this restaurant. Today, I ordered delivery — one Lasagna and one Melanzane alla Parmigiana — and the experience was extremely disappointing. The Lasagna was a complete letdown. It was so flat that even a pizza would have looked taller and more appetizing. Instead of the hearty, layered dish you’d expect, it was just a top and bottom sheet of pasta with a bit of melted cheese in between and on top. Nothing more. For the €15 price tag, the portion also felt very skimpy. When we complained, we were simply told that “the portion is fine,” which only added to the frustration. As for the parmigiana, it arrived with only a burnt piece of bread on the side, which felt careless and unworthy of the dish. Prawdziwa creme de la creme wśród restauracji w Limassol! La Fermata, prowadzona przez sympatycznego właściciela z Rumunii, to miejsce, które totalnie nas zaskoczyło – i to w najlepszym możliwym sensie.

Zaczęliśmy od obłędnej zupy rybnej – pełnej świeżych ryb i owoców morza, aromatyczna i rozgrzewająca. Bruschetta? Lepsza niż w samej Toskanii – chrupiąca, pachnąca, dopracowana. Dania główne to absolutna poezja – tagliatelle z owocami morza, risotto z truflami i prawdziwkami, a na deser… kulinarna petarda: ośmiornica, która rozpływała się w ustach!

Ceny? Jak na tę jakość – aż zaskakująco przystępne. Miejsce może z zewnątrz wyglądać niepozornie, ale serwuje jedzenie na najwyższym poziomie. Wystrój przytulny, obsługa miła i profesjonalna.

A true creme de la creme among Limassol’s restaurants! La Fermata, run by a charming gentleman from Romania, completely stole our hearts – and our stomachs – in the best possible way.

We started with an amazing fish soup – rich in fresh fish and seafood, aromatic and full of flavor. The bruschetta? Even better than what we’ve had in Tuscany – crispy, fragrant, and perfectly done. The main dishes were pure poetry – tagliatelle with seafood, risotto with truffles and porcini mushrooms, and the star of the evening… the octopus, which simply melted in our mouths!

The prices? Surprisingly reasonable for this level of quality. The place may look modest from the outside, but what it delivers is top-tier cuisine. Cozy atmosphere, friendly and professional service.
