Awful Convenience Food and an Unpleasant Atmosphere

We have not had such bad food in a very long time. Everything served here is clearly convenience food, with the exception of the basic salad. Unfortunately, this convenience food barely managed to taste acceptable, it was truly disappointing.

The restaurant is divided into lounge and dining areas, but the terrible atmosphere permeated both. The stylish ambiance is completely ruined by the loud techno music ("boom boom") that customers are forced to listen to throughout dinner. We found this completely unsuitable for dining.

What was equally off-putting was the arrogance we perceived, combined with a touch of aggressiveness in the air by the service stuff.

It seems nice at first, but when you sit down it’s honestly terrible. The staff ignores you and is honestly just rude. The food arrived pretty fast, but the burgers were dry and the pizza they sell you is frozen. The bread is straight out of the microwave and when we said the burgers were dry, they agreed to swap it with natchos. When we wanted the bill (which we had to ask for 3 times) we still had to pay for the dry burger that we barely touched. We asked them to change the price to the price of the nachos and they started yappin about some “we have been in this business for 40 years, all our food is great” answer. Went in quite optimistic as the restaurant advertises itself for serving high quality food, and unfortunately left very disappointed. With all the restaurant options available locally, we wouldn't recommend going here. It was the only place that did a mixed juice that didn't seem like it was made from fresh fruits, the pizza looked and tasted like a generic frozen pizza and the carrot and chickpea burger also just tasted like a generic frozen vegetable burger.
