Me and my mother have had a tradition of coming to this restaurant for years. Last night we waited to be seated for 30 mins, we had no reservations but one of the waiters kindly offered us a table outside. After that a very rude mean bald man who was a manager or something came and told him off for giving us a table. The bald guy came again asked us if we have a problem and made mean comments towards my mum. We still patiently waited. When my mum asked a waiter about a food they made the bald guy started shouting at my mum saying “ don’t ask questions to my waiters can’t you see we’re very busy and don’t stand there anymore” I defended my mum saying she only asked a questions and we’re also customers and we were waiting to be seated, he continued shouting “you are not my customer until you sit down”. We left after this rudeness. I will never step foot in this place as the bald manager was being discriminative and racist towards us because we’re turkish cypriots. I promote peace in this island but this man was intentionally rude to us because of our nationality. If you’re running a restaurant you have to be accepting of all races religions and languages. It’s unacceptable to be this mean to people who are gonna pay you for your service and have been nothing but nice to you. We were very respectful this whole time but this bald man has deep hatred inside him, hope god gives him healing. I would not recommend this restaurant if you’re wanting a good time and service because the service has been the worst I’ve experienced. I wish I could give it -5 stars. If the bald man quits the restaurant it could become a better place I’m sure. As a business owner you cannot treat people this way when they haven’t done anything wrong no matter how stressed you are. I will keep telling about this story to everyone I encounter here so they avoid going to this racist...

We came to this restaurant because of the very good reviews this restaurant has on google maps reviews and tripadvisior. Unfortunately we witnessed the opposiste. Awful service from the staff. They sat us to the table and then they put a very big menu picture on the stand and then they left. Understandable when it’s busy you must patiently wait to be next in line to order but we patiently waited for one of the waiters to come pick up our order for more than 45 minutes and still no one came to collect the order. At the beginning it was a full restaurant, but after 30 minutes there were maybe 6 tables left. We tried to signalize to the waiters that we are still waiting to be ordered but still no one came. Moreover, some people who came later, were able to order earlier than us and we still don't understand this. We had this menu at the table all the time and we are convinced that they must have seen us, but still we didn’t have the chance to order (from what we saw at the other tables they take away the menu after you order) and we also sat in the middle of the restaurant. We didn’t even get the chance to order the drinks. At the end we had no choice but to leave and...

The staff was exceptional, the food delicious, and at the end, we were even served a homemade dessert in a small square plastic container. Then, I made the mistake of asking if I could take the plastic piece with me or even purchase it. The staff had to ask the Owner for permission first, which I can understand. However, I was genuinely surprised by the arrogant reaction of the Owner . We supposedly hadn't eaten much and left little money, and he claimed to have to work hard for it, still he let me take it with me and turned rude away from me. This was the first and only(!) unfriendly encounter with someone in Cyprus! There are customers who would accept a simple "no," or we could have calmly discussed the amount or a contribution. Experiencing such a reaction is truly regrettable. Owner should , take a lesson from your staff. They were extremely friendly, well-organized, and we were happy to leave them a decent tip.
