Memories Rooftop Brunch Larnaca — Restaurant in Larnaca

Visited this place one time and thought it was decent so I returned again with a different group of friends. Unfortunately, on that occasion there was a chip on the glass and my friend cut her lip on it. Gobsmacked, my friend complained to which at first the manger didn’t seem too bothered. However, my guest complained a second time and the manager returned and said the night was on them. I thought that was the least they could do but was also satisfied with the outcome as had they not have dealt with the situation properly I would not have returned. I have found that in Cyprus when a customer complains about service they don’t seem to care but that’s a quick way to lose customers. Sometimes, if the service has been poor the establishment has to take the loss in order to not lose that customer and other customers in future as word spreads. Vlad handled the situation professionally and I have since returned 3 times and the service has been great. (Proof that if you deal with matters properly a customer will return) This is the way a business should be run. Keep up the good work vlad I will be returning again next time I visit Cyprus and I’ll recommend...

We thought we would give this Asian Fusion establishment a try 4 of us as we have never been before, on arrival we had to park on a paid meter on the road only gives 2 hours. We pre booked online on arrival was greeted by the barman very friendly as we were first in at 6pm sit anywhere he said so we had a great seat overlooking the town. We had a choice of a menu or order on your phone for convenience we had prawn curry and the wife had chicken my aunt had chicken curry also my uncle had a chicken burger we had halloumi sticks Bau Buns starters the main meal come with rice and popadom we didn’t have to wait long for drinks or food as we were the only ones in at the time was expecting that anyway I would definitely recommend this place the food was tasty left a bit of a taste in my mouth afterwards not sure if it was the prawns or the curry it was just ok that’s my opinion the wife said her food was good my uncle’s burger was good too so we will definitely go back. Also to Mention with it being a roof top bar they had blinds down and heating on so wasn’t cold as it’s winter here now cool on the evening time so go...

I saw the stellar reviews and went for this mistakingly thinking it would be a high end place but it's not

Fist when you arrive the name is not written outsider you arrive at a hotel with graffiti on the walls. May be hip for some but not that cool for us. You reach the top and sure.. it's a rooftop (5th floor) but after an initial enthusiasm you realize you don't see the sea if not for a very small part so you mostly see other roof.

Sure there is music but tonight at least the dj was into 80s .. really old stuff.

You hope for the food but the menu is really bad. Very few choices They have something peculiar they call cones.. some with fish. We went for some but they were just sweet ice cream small cones with some ceviche fish.. mmm we left it there

The mini hamburgers were ok. The grilled fish (with mashed potatoes:) ok.. but I mean reply nothing exciting.

The cocktails were served relatively fast gave to give them this.

My 2 reflects however my disappointent more than the actual place which...
