This is my third time here and first time ordering dim sums with shrimps. After 10-15 mins, the server brought out duck dim sums. I didn’t know how the shrimp dim sums were supposed to look like so I had my friends try them with me.

After trying it myself I knew it wasn’t shrimp dim sum as it tasted like pork almost. I asked the server that this is not what I ordered and she didn’t bother to apologize and asked “did you want shrimps?” I was like yes that’s what I ordered. She took the plate with one piece of duck dim sum left.

I finally got my shrimp dim sums and the sushi I ordered. After I finished both dim sums and sushi I noticed that my scallop sashimi wasn’t coming out as my friends got all of the other sushi and entree.

I waited for another 15 mins and asked the server if it was still coming, she said it was. At this point my friends were done with their meals and the plates were taken already. I still didn’t have my sashimi so I asked the server to cancel my sashimi order. She goes “you ordered yellowtail sashimi right?” I was just very frustrated at that point and said no ma’am just cancel my order please.

We asked for a check and I noticed she charged me for duck dim sum (it says shrimp dim sum bc she said it was meant for duck shrimp dim sum as they cost the same) which I didn’t even order. I asked about it and she said “I know it was my mistake but you already ate half of them”. This order comes with 5 tiny pieces which when you share with ppl at the table you are left with one or two piece. I ended up paying for the order that was not what I ordered, got my actual order super late and still having to pay for both.

I didn’t appreciate the server’s attitude at all and will never come back here again. I’m very disappointed that this nice restaurant has someone who can’t even own up to their mistakes and would argue with you bc you tried the food that doesnt even look obvious from the outside. How am I supposed to know which ones with shrimps/duck?.. these are literally dumplings..lol

Another thing is we went at 6pm where the restaurant was not even that busy. This particular server probably had no more than 2 tables other than ours. Don’t go here it’s just not worth the...

First of all seems like they have posted fake 5stars reviews by themselves here. The sushi and sashimi are fresh and ok, but the rest of the food is very mediocre. The octopus is rubber, dim sums are with juice inside (like Russian pelmeni) and Tobasco spicy on top (which is not spelled in the menu). Beef tar-tar is bad too. The waiter didn’t know the content of the dishes and to the question “are bao buns with mayonnaise or not?” told us “no, we are Japanese restaurant and don’t use mayonnaise in our food, but I will check”. Spoiler alert he came back with the news that they DO serve it with mayonnaise (which is awful). But the main disappointment was service. They brought us starter for one person at the table and only after 15 minutes for the second person. They also put some rolls on my plate even though my husband ordered it and when we expressed our disappointment we’ve been told that it is not a problem and we can share the plate (she literally took my plate and put it in the middle of the table). So the only good thing at this place is atmosphere (only inside cause outside it shares the fence with McDonald’s). The restaurant is Russian and they wouldn’t survive with this type of service in Russia. Big disappointment and we do not...

This was our worst restaurant experience ever. It took 15 minutes to bring the wine, even though there were only 3 tables occupied and the bartender was standing idle — meaning the waiter never placed the order.

We ordered 1 starter and 2 main courses. They brought the starter, but no plates for us to share it. Before we even finished the starter, the main dish was already placed in the middle of the table. The plates from the starter were not cleared, and I started to suspect that the second main course would never arrive. And indeed, the waiter had never placed the order in the kitchen.

We decided not to wait for the new dish, since the waiting time was already over 15 minutes, and before that we had already waited about 40 minutes for food (in the empty restaurant) — we weren’t ready to wait that long again.

When we asked for the check, there were only us and one more table left in the restaurant, yet it took 10 minutes to bring it because the manager was holding a staff meeting at that exact time. We asked to speak with the manager, but he never came, as he continued his meeting. As a result, we went and had a meal at Thymari across the street. If I could I would rate service minus 10.
