Gazebo Mare — Restaurant in Limassol Municipality

I will compare 2 days just to give you overview do you really want spend your money on this place. I saw for 2 days is a raw 2 different pricing and atmosphere. I was in Friday i pay 15e sun bed in consummation so you drink or eat and for bed quiet place no screaming kids i was wonderful i will not point to the super slow service ! then i decide will be nice to repeat in my last day BIG BIG MISTAKE! Starting that the bed got 20e one day to another only to lay then came somehow the consumption on top! Super bad English waitresses with when i ask her is with consumption included she said … Yes! But Not … Loud music bdays of kids, screaming kids and families ( nothing bad about it if you separate the people who come to chill and those who cant educate their kids. Super loud music No any chance to chill. On a place where 6/8e is paid worker per hour i find it overpriced. Average food same slow service as previous day! One good point the fake sand on the beach and if you feel excited of screaming kids …. This is the place to be in your Saturday! Honestly no chance to come again! Overpriced for whats is it! 20e bed in Cyprus… LOL almost 10x of any another place !! when people come and use it public beach jump in the sea and even don’t consume...

I wrote my review a few years ago, it was mostly about the dinner “dine in” and the music, it was horrible for the place of this level. Then I wrote about too salty shakshuka (my friend ate it in and I ordered delivery) , we both like salty and spicy things though. So, about last time: I reserved a table an evening before for the brunch, waiters were confused where to sit us. They have chosen the inside table and it was incredibly hot in there, we asked twice to have table outside and got answered only before paying “they are all booked”, but we have seen many spare tables outside through the time of our brunching. Afterwards - no-one is coming to check on you. The waiter was not taking notes, I have asked to make my shakshuka without salt at all and told about our previous experiences about too salty dishes, still it came salty. We wanted to order something more, but nobody reacted to us. The bill. It took ages to ask for the bill and another for paying, that’s why we were not complaining on a time, cause we were in a hurry to go. Spent 3 hours there when planning 1.

For the management: Just take few more people to work in...

Return visit in August, this time the service was a little bit disappointing. They brought the main course before the dips and the kids food. Though it wasn’t very busy, the service was not attentive and kind of ruin our flow.

Restaurant by the beach within the grounds of the lovely Limassol Marina. The beach is shared with tenants of the condos/villas and boats of the marina. Gazebo does have nice sun beds and umbrellas that you have to pay extra for; they even offer cabanas. The problem with the umbrellas and chairs is that they are fixed, so you can't get shade except from 11am to 1pm. Another problem unrelated to the restaurant itself is that the sea and the beach are not always clean and the place if facing the prevailing winds, so there is always some waves. The view is over an old dirty port and in the background a commercial port with huge cranes..

The ambiance is nice with loud excellent music and excellent DJ.

The food is great honestly. We eat there every year a couple of times and it's always decent and good. The black Risotto, the salads, the calamaris, chicken.. all excellent.
