First of all, it's absurd to rate a food place entirely on its plastic bag people policy. Secondly, it the claim the staff just carelessly (implied) hands you out food without bags is simply false. They place has a disclaimer next to the till about being more environmentally considerate and hence not automatically giving bags anymore and charge for it if requested.
