Chanced across this place looking for sushi in Nicosia.

The friendly staff were very prompt in getting me and the missus a table, offering us a choice to dine inside or al fresco.

Classy joint with a second floor that I didn't explore where it was, it had a nice atmosphere with a display sushi/sashimi kitchen.

Service was very good, as the waitress poured out our simple bottle of mineral water. The chatty manager who came to take our order memorized it.

Ordered a small jar of cold house sake and it was good. Not dry at all and went well with the food. The miso soup was not a tiny bowl at all and was full of flavor with soft seaweed bits. The temaki was nice and you could taste the freshness in the ingredients used. We ordered the special set since it looked like a good mix of salmon and eel. I wouldn't have thought mango and sushi goes together but it worked very well. Portions were good and we both left with no room for dessert.

Price is a tad on the higher side but I felt it was worth the tag. Been a while since I had a nice dinner date with the missus, so thank you for an enjoyable...

This is a restaurant that central Nicosia has needed for some time now. A real sushi place where you are treated with quality materials , great and quick service, and inventive tastes. The place is minimal and reminds us of sushi bars in Tokyo. I never saw so many different sushi selections in a menu anywhere in Cyprus. They have at least 100 different selections of sushi. And the ones I tasted were just perfect. The sweets are out of this world. Don't miss the oreo teriyaki. It's a sin. Had an amazing experience at this Japanese restaurant! The edamame was fresh and perfectly salted. The miso eggplant was rich, tender, and packed with flavor—definitely a highlight. The ramen soup had a deeply flavorful broth and was incredibly satisfying. The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and tasted exceptional.
