A little gem in the heart of Nicosia. Location is excellent! Many popular destinations of eating and drinking with in minutes. Modern deco, very clean and safe. Shower is a little small but otherwise the room was great, bed was very comfy and in general it was good stay. Would highly recomend and return.

Bastante buen alojamiento. Tiene muchísimas cosas buenas en comparación a otros alojamientos: Ubicación cercana a la estación de buses, cama cómoda, armario espacioso, frigorífico, espejo grande y terraza. Me pareció un detalle que hubiese dos botellas de agua en em frigorífico + otras dos con agua fuera y una tetera con sobres es café, tazas, leche y azúcar para preparar cafés 😃 En el baño había secador, gel de ducha y champú (una cantidad bastante considerable, teniendo en cuenta que solamente nos quedamos una noche). Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y estuvimos muy a gusto. La única cosabque puedo decir a mejorar es la ducha, el agua estaba muy caliente pero la presión del agua era muy mejorable, ya que fue difícil ducharme con esa presión de agua tan baja. Realmente la relación calidad-precio es muy buena y si vuelvo a Nicosia, volvería a reservar en este hotel 👌🏼

Manolia City Residences is located in the heart of Nicosia, in the famous shopping street Stasikratous.

Our room was comfortable and clean, which is the main reason someone should choose to stay here! All furniture in all rooms is brand new. They also provide you with a fridge, kettle, tea, coffee and water to make your own coffee/tea in your room.

We had the corner bedroom suite with a beautiful wrap around patio facing a very quiet street. I was surprised how quiet it was for being in the heart of Nicosia! There was only one night I think on the weekend a restaurant was playing loud music, but we were able to shut out the sound with the French patio doors and air conditioning.
