Balcony — Restaurant in Nicosia

Nice place for a drink and some food. On the night I went there was a 3 men group playing live Greek music. I'm not a fan of Greek but honestly the vibe of the songs was very positive and I truly enjoyed my stay. It is very loud in the wrong way but the drinks are nice and the food is okay. I don't recommend the steak sandwich as there's not a lot of meat inside and there's a lot of sauce accompanied with caramelized onions which is not a nice combo (you'll feel a bit sick). Its a good choice if you're quite hungry as it's a big sandwich and the fries are nice. The only weird thing that happened was after we finished the food, half of our party left and the manager decided to move the tables so he can sit more people. Which is fine but that manager was filled with anxiety and he kept moving the table in the most awkward way he could. Those 2 tables could have been moved with 2-3 moves but he kept gyrating the tables. It was super bizarre. Anyhow other than that all was good. Would I go back ? Probably yes but not on...

The visit was a disgrace!

It took them 20 mins to take our order and bring the extra chair we asked since booking the table.

They forgot one dish and instead of finding a solution they brought us the order they placed in their system as an excuse for the plate they forgot!

We order the chicken fries for the kids and instead of 10 pieces, that the menu mentioned, we got only 6!

And above all, two guys were smoking at the bar inside a closed dining area! Respect your customers and especially small children.

Beautiful place but lacks in service. When we sat down we were impressed by the decoration and were looking forward for a nice brunch. We ordered both types of pancakes that were on the menu but the one with the cream cheese mousse was awful. The mousse was so bitter that we literally could not swallow it. Ate two bites and left it there. The coffee and juices came 20 minutes after the food. We were going to complaint to the waiter but it took us another 20 minutes to locate him and we just asked for the bill which didn't come for 15 minutes so we just went to the front door and requested to pay on the...
