Burger Shop Nicosia — Restaurant in Nicosia

I’m so happy this burger restaurant exists. It’s a savior! I’ve been trying various places and have finally come to the conclusion that the current state of burger restaurants in Cyprus is very disappointing. The overwhelming majority of burger spots in Nicosia overcook their patties and serve mediocre quality.

I’ve been visiting this place every weekend. My goal is to try all the variations they offer. I order my burgers rare. The meat’s flavor isn’t drowned in salt and spices, which helps preserve its natural, authentic taste as much as possible.

The sad part, as I understand from the few bad reviews, is that many people’s taste buds have been burned by the unhealthy amount of salt used in other burger places, so they might be disappointed when they can’t appreciate the real flavor of the meat. Unfortunately, I was guilty of this too.

The dessert you see in the photo was awesome too! The service here is also kind and cheerful.

The only thing I would change is the interior—I’d love to see better design and more comfortable chairs.

As a burger lover i would definitely eat again from Burger Shop. Beautiful restaurant in the centre of Nicosia. It's small but pretty cute. When you seat they offer you wipes and tissues. You can choose your burger consist of beef, chicken burger, chicken fillet or even veggie burger. Apparently, you can choose meat size and roasting. With your burger, they offer you the chance to choose one sauce. On each table has ketchup, mayo and bbq with no extra charge. Service is really helpful and kind. First time ordering from this restaurant, excited at first to try their so called quality burgers. The food that arrived to my door late as well, was to say the least disgraceful, and to think that I had actually paid 17euros for it. I had ordered a medium rare black angus"honest" burger and a side of chips. To begin both the burger and chips were cold and all the ingredients inside the burger tasted as if they had been precooked hours before which made it hard to swallow.
