I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and I’m glad to say my expectations were exceeded. From the entrance you are welcomed by friendly and professional front of house then confronted with the cosy, welcoming, high end and flawless design of the restaurant giving you high ecxpectations already and the promise of a fantastic dining experience. I was very impressed with the wine menu, the cocktail menu was also impressive and provided a great selection of drinks for people that don’t like wine. The food menu was right up my street, small but packed with enough dishes and variety to satisfy and cater for almost anyone. The food arrived quickly and delivered on all aspects from, presentation, smell, flavour and I must point out the generous size. Service and atmosphere were also on point, the subtle transition of the ambient music from a chilled subtle tone to a still chilled but more upbeat tone as the night went on was just perfect and reminded me of being in London, we were enjoying ourselves so much that we didn’t even notice we were the last people left in the whole place and the staff didn’t make us aware or pressured to leave. We had an unforgettable dinner experience at Ethos Vin in Paphos. From the very beginning, everything felt refined and unique – the atmosphere, the service, and especially the food.

We started with the salmon appetizer and the beetroot dish – both were absolutely amazing. The flavors were so fresh and creative, a true reflection of the chef’s genius. Every bite felt carefully crafted with attention to detail.

For mains, we tried the sea bass with mussels and spinach, and the chicken breast with artichoke. Both dishes were extraordinary the balance of flavors, textures, and presentation were simply perfect. The sea bass was delicate and rich, complemented beautifully by the mussels and creamy sauce, while the chicken with artichoke was cooked to perfection with such an intelligent mix of ingredients.

On top of that, the live piano singer created such a warm and elegant atmosphere, filling the place with good vibes and a truly special ambience.
