Probably the best latte I've had in Paphos, but the rest of the experience wasn't nearly as good as people claim it to be. The local was almost empty, only few people around, but servers still asked us to sit at the table for two instead of beautiful and probably much more comfortable booths. Pancakes were tasty, but way too sweet (and that's not something that I say often). Servers would ask whether they can take back plates immediately after we've finished our meals which seemed as they wanted us gone as soon as possible (or as they'd have only few sets of plates, I don't know). This is the most awful experience I have ever had in Cyprus in 3 years! We ordered 2 brunches.. The bagel was so hard and could not be eaten! I said it to a member of staff ( not sure if he was a manager) who asked what I wanted instead, without even apologising! Then, my friend got a club sandwich; the pieces of chicken inside were hard, dry and old! I showed two pieces to the guy, and again without apologising he said “well, the chicken is fresh”!! The guy was rude, not smiling, he didn’t even know what customer service is! When paying and asking not to pay in full, he said ‘well you had the sandiwich.. you should have said in advance’! Anyway, just nonsense service and food!...
