Restaurace REBIO – Orlí — Restaurant in okres Brno-město

I am currently living in Brno, Czech Republic. I have been living here for almost 3 years now. There are many great restaurants and pubs in my city. However, we love going to Rebio Vegetarian Restaurant. We love the food, the servers are not always friendly, but I guess we are going for the food, not the friendliness, right? Anyway, since I cannot YET! speak this very difficult language, I rely on either the servers or another client to help here and there to explain the content of the food being served. Very good vegetarian dishes. Excellent service. They charge by the weight. I liked the vegetarian patty and the delicious condiments (hot sauce and caramelized onions). The restaurant and the customers will benefit from adding few items such as: toasted whole wheat buns (for the patties), hummus: chickpeas with tahiniah (sesame paste) , mutabbal: grilled eggplant with tahiniah, and falafel: fried chickpeas patties.
