I recently had the pleasure of dining at Singha Thai Restaurant and was fortunate enough to experience their remarkable Pad Thai noodles. Let me tell you, it was an absolute delight that transported my taste buds straight to the streets of Thailand.
Singha Thai Restaurant's Pad Thai noodles were a work of art. The dish arrived at my table with a tantalizing aroma, and the vibrant colors immediately caught my attention. The noodles were perfectly cooked, retaining a pleasing chewiness that added to the overall texture.
What impressed me the most was the exceptional balance of flavors in the Pad Thai. The combination of sweet, tangy, and savory elements was a symphony for the taste buds. The tamarind-based sauce was expertly crafted, lending a delightful tanginess to the dish, while the palm sugar brought a subtle sweetness that harmonized with the other ingredients.
The Pad Thai noodles were generously tossed with plump, succulent shrimp, tender chicken, or tofu (depending on your preference), creating a satisfying protein element. The inclusion of crunchy bean sprouts, chopped peanuts, and fresh cilantro added layers of texture and freshness, enhancing each bite.
The presentation of the dish was visually appealing, with a vibrant medley of colors and garnishes. The attention to detail in the plating reflected the restaurant's dedication to providing an authentic and aesthetically pleasing dining experience.
The portion size was substantial, ensuring a fulfilling meal. The friendly and attentive staff at Singha Thai Restaurant further contributed to the overall positive experience, making me feel welcomed and attended to throughout my visit.
In conclusion, Singha Thai Restaurant's Pad Thai noodles are a true gem for lovers of Thai cuisine. With its expertly balanced flavors, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous portion size, this dish is a culinary delight that should not be missed. Read moreI had the udon noodle dish, which was very savory! It was flavorful and had the right level of spicyness for me (not too mild nor too fiery). They do not skimp out on the meat of your choice (shrimp, chicken, beef) and have loads of veggies. Chef's kiss
The strawberry lemonade was perfect! Not too sweet nor too bland. And it was garnished beautifully. Just what I need to cool down on a hot summer day.
The service was amazing, and I enjoyed having conversations with the employees, who were also quite funny. The server checked on me throughout my meal and made small talk, which was nice and reminded me of restaurants back home!
I feel the prices are worth it for the flavor and amount of food they give you (I had leftovers that I packed up).
The staff speaks English, the menu is in English, and you can pay with card (credit card was fine) or cash (I believe they accept euros because the bill was in czk and euros).
Would definitely recommend eating here if you like spicy, flavorful food and great...
Read moreOk, I have to admit my expectations were quite low regarding this place. I've been following it up for some time on Facebook and decided to give it a try.
For starters we ordered a Shrimp Tom Kha soup and Chicken Satay. The soup had a very well balanced taste, you could feel all the spices and herbs in it and all tasted great overall. The Satay, and the peanut dip which came with it was absolutely delicious, chicken was crunchy and well marinated/glazed and the peanut sauce was very exotic, felt like it was mixed with some spices or chilly sauces.
Chicken Pad Thai was very good as well, they didn't skip on the Tamarind Sauce (which is of course essential), plenty of meat and the portion was overall big.
I've visited quite a few SE Asian countries so I could compare... Overall I'm happy we have finally a good Thai...
