It is a nice place and I would go there again, but the food is average, mostly fast food quality (so not good if you’re used to fancy sushi) and prices are higher. First time we had running sushi which was nice and we tried plenty of things, it costs over 300CZK plus you have to pay for drinks. This time we had chicken with bamboo and mushrooms and rice. Nothing special. It wasn’t bad, but I would not get it again. Meat was nice and soft, but the sauce didn’t had much flavor and vegetables were hard. We also got normal salmon sushi. It was good but the kind that you can get everywhere, again no surprise. We were supposed to get fruit with menu, but we got nothing, I would ask but we didn’t remember about the fruit until later. We did get some sort of a shot, but I don’t drink that so I didn’t appreciate it. Our waitress was nice and the meals were prepared very quickly but at one point a woman that was preparing the food started shouting I suppose at his son probably wanted him to do something. Not the best idea to do it in front...
Read moreI have no idea what people think conveyor belt sushi is supposed to be like but I can tell you that if you have had any decent sushi you would not want to dine here. There is almost no sushi to be had. There's lots of random fried foods like spring rolls or tempura prawns but they're not crispy because they're sitting on a conveyor. There's also some stir fried foods like noodles. There are lots of random fruits as well, like grapes, some canned fruits and sliced banana with chocolate sauce(?).
Is there actually some rice and fish? Well, yes, but very little and of exceedingly poor quality. The rice is particularly bad- extremely dense and mushy. I did not see any tuna, shrimp, egg, salmon roe, shrimp roe, scallop, eel, octopus at all during my visit. I can only recall actually eating salmon, and always served with mayonnaise. Every Maki seems to be filled with avocado, but rarely actual fish.
To be sat at a buffet with almost nothing worth eating is a level of despair I haven't had in...
Read moreFor salmon lovers you must arrive early, like maximum 7:30. In some moment it will stop to run the salmon so it's better to ask them more if you feel you want more. It's better to choose a table in the right side of the running sushi, looking from the entrance, you have more possibility to experience all new fresh dishes first. Otherwise sitting the opposite way you can never get the best dishes because the round can finish and you will have to wait everyone on right side to be satisfied to have your chance. So if needed, ask them that they delivery in the table also. The atmosphere is good, the toilets are good and super clean also, and the service ok. The salmon was super fresh, perfect. Its 4 stars because I ever expect more...
