we were at this place today. at first everything was fine: the smiling staff, the nice atmosphere, but then the impression was ruined completely. they brought us three toasts instead of the two ordered: the waitress assured us that we had ordered it, but in the fact there were two of us and we ordered two toasts. when accepting the order she did not specified all the positions at the end. okay, she took away the extra toast, although she didn't think she was wrong. after eating half of my avocado toast with goat cheese, I found a rusty screw in the plate. when we noticed this, the owner came to deal with us and in a rude, unacceptable way accused us of it belonged to us. at the same time, it also hints at our nationality. disgusting behavior of the staff. such places should be closed. such people should be prohibited from working...

Great cocktails, delicious food. Although absolutely horrible mad boss. We encountered rusty screw in the toast. And we let the waitress know about such interesting founding. We thought it would be a simple task - sorry and replacement of a toast probably. Well, it would be nice at least not paying for a spoiled thing. But instead the owner yelled at us, literally, ocused us in the whole situation. Like we don't want to pay 169 Čk for a bloody toast. Seriously? It's a Michelenne cuisine, nobody can afford that, yeah. The owner is a mental aggressive man who has "principles". And those are when the guests are paying for scam. It's not the first such situation based on previous reviews. Please be aware and don't go here or at least prepare for fight for your truth. The worst experience in Karlovy Vary so far....

We were here for breakfast 2 times with 5 people. Here you can sit outside or on the inside. The view from the inside is better in my opinion. Everything looks very modern and clean. The food tastes very good! We tried almost every category and there was nothing that we didn't like. The cappuccino was awesome BUT if you sit outside it will get to you a little to cold to my liking. All in all a very nice place to get some food and enjoy...
