Pizza Mamma Mia — Restaurant in okres Karlovy Vary

IT WAS JUST LIKE FROZEN PIZZA. I had I belive number 28 that was salami and spice. The thin crust was UNEVEN UNDERCOOKED MESS. I can bake a Kaufland pizza for half the price WITH A CRISPY CRUST. This was chewy tasteless mess.

The cheese was deader than a rotting fish 0 flavour, 0 pull it was floppy like a DAY OLD PIZZA.

Sauce, was it there? Totally undetectable, to the point I was eating a slightly moist bread.

Customer service was quite abysmal as well. Sure she had the right to tell my friends that they can't eat different food from a different place there. However, the way she said it. Like we were automatically entitled young adults was obnoxious and quite discriminatory. Instead of acting professionally she acted with emotions, starting with needless comparisons, etc. When we just wanted to order out.

The "large" is the same size like the normal sized frozen pizzas in the supermarket. Wasn't even 3/4s full after.

The railings are in diamond shape, sure cool design but the corners drill into your palms making it quite unusable.

The tables were as small as those you can find in a café which is ridiculous. How can any larger sized pizza be eaten? Especially if you are out with multiple people and you order multiple pizzas, one can barely fit! What about drinks, etc? No...

Moje kamarádka byla tak hodná, koupila VEGAN SÝR a odnesla ho do Pizzerie a poprosila, ať ho použijou na pizzu na oslavu narozenín protože sýr nemůžeme/ nejíme. Pizza byla ok, nic extra, snědli jsme a pak to přišlo. CELOU NOC NÁM BYLO ŠPATNĚ, ráno kamarádka volala do pizzerie a co se dozvedá? ONI POLOŽILI NA PIZZU OBYČEJNEJ SÝR. Tak moc děkujeme za "skvělej servis"! Co kdyby se stalo něco horšího a museli bychom do nemocnice? Uvědomujete si, jak důležité je dávat při takovýchhle věcech pozor???? Děkujeme, nikdy víc! My friend ordered pizza for birthday party and as we dont eat/ we cannot eat dairies, she bought VEGAN CHEESE and gave them it for 3 pizzas. I make it short - they used normal cheese instead and we ate the pizzas. We coudnt sleep for almost whole night because of stomach pain and problems. Bad service, they don't know how to speak English, they speak their language and don't look the customer in the face, completely ignoring what they say. I do not recommend!!!!!! They tell us to wait in another room, completely ignoring it, and other customers from their land pass in front of us visitors....
