Dear, Bistretto The first time I was here at 22:00 and it was great experience, the service was perfect, they spoke English, helped me with everything I needed, (but I would have better deleted the cocktail “Moscow mule” as sorry, it is a bit war of russia and Ukraine) Still, the evening service is PERFECT

Also it is soooo cute that u re dog friendly, waaay important!!!

but At the morning my experience was worse, there were not available several several options from the menu and it was easier to asks what even is available, fe the usual everyday breakfast (but it was 11 am) orange fresh, like ccmon

Then the service at the morning could have been waaaay better, I was waiting for my cappuccino for 15 minutes))) like how

Then the waitress they were like running and running, forgetting and messing up the orders (It’s okay if it is like the fist day for someone but not everyone has the fist day definitely)

Please, kinda training is really needed, and this would be the PERFECT place!

Also what can be improved:

The sits in the street, they are really cold🥲maybe can u stick those pillows to the sits and it would be great Also, it is really needed a small chair to put all the things like a small back and so on Please do smth with latte, the taste is GORGEOUS but where do I have to put my spoon?

I’M IN LOVE WITH BISTRETTO! Today was my first - but surely not last visit there! OMG Such a great Atmosphere in this bistro. I felt all the love with which was this place renovated. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everyone in the service is very nice and (I guess) the Boss was so nice and obliging!! He explained to me all the difference between the drinks because I didn’t knew them. I appreciate that a lot! If I could give more than five stars, I would! Service was outstanding despite a little bit of a language barrier. I didn’t get the server’s name who assisted with translation of the menu, but he was so helpful. We had the beef bagel breakfast sandwich which was really good, plus cold brew coffee infused with ginger (also at the waiter’s suggestion) and wow! It sounds weird but was so tasty.
