Bistro Sapa — Restaurant in okres Liberec

Bistro Sapa is a lovely Asian restaurant with both inside and outside seating. We sat at an outside table and was served within minutes of arriving with cold draft beer and coke. The staff were very friendly and attentive and bought us English menus when we asked if there was one available. The beef terriaki and crispy chicken were delicious and served sizzling hot. When I arrived, on a whim, I was motioned to sit in a place. There was almost no one there. I placed my order and 30 minutes later I still had nothing. I asked and was told they forgot what my order was. I had to leave because I wasn't going to be served. They didn't forget to charge me in full for the drink that I almost didn't drink since I was waiting for my meal. Dobrý den, přišel jsem s velkým očekáváním s vidinou dobrého pokrmu. V čem mě však restaurace naprosto přesvědčila je to, že sem svoje peníze již nikdy utratit nepřijdu. Smažené závitky jakožto předkrm bez chuti, je možné, že jsem měl zrovna rozhozené chuťové buňky, ale hlavni jídlo, tj. Kuřecí kousky ve sladkokysele omáčce s nudlemi (standardní bistrové jidlo) se nedalo absolutně jíst. Toto hlavni jídlo se podobalo vaření v alkoholovém opojeni a v lednici jen kečup a pórek. Pro pestrost a touhu po mase, došlo k obaleni kuřecího. V rámci této restaurace tedy doporučuji úsměv a mávat s odůvodněním, že se chcete najíst, ne pozvracet.

Odpověď: Dobrý den, bohužel se mi nepodařil standardně odpovědět na Váš komentář. Z toho důvodu aktualizuji svoji výše uvedenou recenzi. Jednalo se o smažené závitky - A1. Nem rán 2 ks. Nezpochybňuji čerstvost surovin neb nejsem hygiena. Recenzuji pokrm jakožto konzument. Věřte, že i mě mrzí můj dojem a snad i tato recenze bude dostatečným motivačním prvkem proto, aby se Vaše kuchyně zaměřila krom čerstvosti i na samotnou hru chutí. Třeba v budoucnu dám Vaší kuchyni ještě...
