GANGNAM — Restaurant in Prague

Quite well updated korean karaoke machine. They mainly serve the food that goes well with alcohol so they are more snack type like dishes. This is my second visit with my family. We come here mainly for the korean karaoke machine that has the romanization of the hangul. Our first visit here was great 5/5 so we came again. We had some food there this before our karaoke reservation. There were small technical issues where they didn't have ingredients for the food we ordered at 18:00 and we are asked to change our order. The waitress was very nice throughout our whole stay so I would like to give 5/5 to her. When it was the time of our karaoke session we moved downstairs with our food and then arrived another staff, it was a muscular Korean man who was supposed to "help" us with the machine that was in full Korean. He didn't speak English well which we don't mind at all but his way of speech was very aggressive and he made us feel like we were annoying him just with our presence. We told him this is our second visit here so he can spare some of the explanations. Before he left he reminded us of their long term event where if we write them a review we will get an hour extra which we wanted to do already prior his reminder since based on the past experience we knew we will have a good time here, but he was very aggressive with his instructions regarding what the review needs to uphold, it felt very unpleasant. Lastly when we went to pay he told us that one review is not enough and all three of us needs to do it. As we turned to write the2 rest, I don't know who it was directed to and I don't know the exact words but he was complaining in Korean with a very nasty tone right in front of me. i want to help this restaurant but look at how they do it, own 3 long-standing restaurant branches but work unprofessionally..instead of explaining why the food is getting worse, they blame the delivery person..while the delivery process is very fast. It seems they think I want to cause trouble or free meal, but before that I really don't want to have to write any review on google..all I want is to give feedback about the experience and need an explanation. JUST AN EXPLANATION.

The reason why the restaurant is losing quality but I still come, thank to the service staff..very friendly and kind

They have high ratings in a short time..specifically more than 1 and a half years after open, because you will get a free drink if you give them 5 stars. Not saying they can't do that because many restaurant do that now, but in the case of the restaurant..it can be considered an act of "lack of confidence and not ensuring the quality of their products"

I was craving Korean food late in the evening and saw that this restaurant was open until 1am!

They offer a wide variety of dishes, I just wish that they would add kimchi jjigae into their menu. I love their fried chicken! They're boneless, which in some countries they add an additional fee for that, at this restaurant, they don't!

Just note, this restaurant does not offer complimentary side dishes, like I'm used to in other Korean restaurants. The waiter told us it's to keep their prices lower, but in my opinion, their prices are about the same prices in other Korean restaurants, all over Europe.

I still ordered kimchi and maybe expected a little too much, since they claim to be making their own kimchi. I don't know if it was just the batch I tried, but it was way too salty and didn't really have that classic "fermented" taste to it yet.

Would still come again! All in all, I really liked their food and...
