Beer Spa Bernard Prague (in Majestic Plaza hotel) — Local services in Prague

EDIT: We got in contact with the manager David who was really nice and very prompt in sorting out our issue. Because of this my rating will reflect the actual beer spa experience and not our interaction at the end of our original visit.

Whilst the beer spa itself was really nice, our experience was ruined completely by an extremely rude member of staff afterwards. As we dropped our locker tokens back, he shoved his phone in our face with pictures of our room which showed some of the sheets slightly damp with water from when we had got out of the baths to change. He complained about having to clean this up whilst repeatedly asking us why we had done that and ignoring our answer. We were not told we couldn't use any of the other facilities in the room when we arrived, and the only way we used them was putting a wet towel on the bed! After a pointless back and forth we begrudgingly apologised, to which he stormed off. It's a massive shame as we really enjoyed it up...

Awesome experience, very well done and very professional employees. Expensive but not much more then going to any spa. Super fun especially to do with family or friends. The tubs are large and very very comfortable to have 2 people in. We did not try three people but I could for sure see if being fine if you are romantic partners or close friends. Headed bed was crazy comfortable and a perfect cool down from the hot water. Beer was delicious ( duh, it’s Czech beer) and not too difficult to pour a correct Czech beer pour as long as you do a little research before going. Or ask for a detailed description from the employees. I highly recommend this so you don’t end up with a cup of foam! (It is NOT the same as American beer)
