Very bad service and food is below average.

Had very unpleasant experience at this place. First of all, food did not meet our expectations. Goat cheese salad did not have much cheese in it and it was mostly leaves. Lemonade was very watery without any taste. Second of all, the staff right away was unhappy that we had a kid with us, they made sure to throw irritated looks at us the whole evening and then eventually came and asked me to do something with ‘kid noise’. Not sure what he expected me to do when the kid was all the time on our hands, did not walk or crawl in the restaurant and did not cry even once. The kid did speak loudly the same way the adults do. If you visited this place you know it is very crowded and in order to talk to each other you need to yell. I asked the waiter what is the problem since it is anyway very noisy and you can’t hear much. He said that the kid talking is different kind of noise. Eventually we had to leave as the atmosphere was very hostile and the evening was ruined. Other clients did not mind at all, they smiled and waved to our kid. I understand that it is not ideal place for kids but again we did not ask the staff for any special arrangements and we visited similar places before without any issues. This is the first time I encountered a service like that. I believe they could come and politely explain what kind of issues they have with us visiting with kids but instead they decided to act passive aggressive and ask me to do something...

Absolutely gorgeous place! The atmosphere of the place is amazing and truly lives up to its name, and the system of self service is the most comfortable and convenient thing ever, totally loved that. We also got a tomato soup that was wonderful. There are just two things I had a problem with - the first is the unbearable heat there (I know and get it was 30 degrees outside, but still, maybe please get an air conditioning instead of just opening the windows and letting even more heat in) and a waiter that constantly kept entering my intimate zone, putting an arm just inches from my shoulders etc. Didn't feel comfortable at all. 😕 (The other younger waiter was super kind and...

Really charming wine bar, comfortable and good selection of wine and food. However, the staff member who was working last night was extremely rude. No one explained the rules to us regarding marking for 1 or 2 measures so when we went to pay he started accusing us of trying to cheat the system when we were just genuinely unaware. We had no problem paying extra, but the way he accused us of lying and said he was watching what we were drinking was completely unacceptable. It was a big shame because the experience was amazing until these moments but now I doubt I will return. He made us feel like we were frauds when we just were not informed of how it works....
